Partnerships

Let’s protect clients together.

Great protection takes a team. We partner with insurance brokers, standards auditors, DPOs, physical security firms and other professionals whose services sit alongside ours — so together we keep clients’ data, people and organisations safe. Let’s build something that works for both our businesses.

Why partner with us

  • We complement you — we never compete
  • Flexible: refer, co-deliver or white-label
  • Cyber Essentials Plus & CREST-approved
  • You keep the relationship; we keep it secure

Who we work with

Services that complement ours

If your clients need to be secure — and whose don’t? — there’s a partnership worth having.

Insurance providers & brokers

Lower-risk, better-protected clients — and a trusted name to refer when cyber cover demands MFA, EDR and Cyber Essentials. Fewer claims, smoother renewals. How we work with insurers →

Standards & compliance auditors

ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, NHS DSPT — we implement and maintain the controls you assess, so clients pass the audit and stay compliant all year.

Data Protection Officers (DPOs)

The technical security that underpins UK GDPR — appropriate measures, breach detection and response, and the evidence trail you need to rely on.

Physical security companies

Cyber and physical are converging. Access control, CCTV and IoT all live on the network — together we protect the whole building and the data inside it.

Legal & accountancy firms

Your clients trust you with their most sensitive data. Refer them to a security partner who will protect it properly — and protect your reputation too.

Other complementary services

H&S consultants, HR, marketing, telecoms, software — if your clients need to be secure, there’s a partnership here worth having.

Why an MSSP

Your clients already trust you. When they ask “who handles the security side?”, having a certified MSSP to stand behind protects their data, their people and their organisation — and makes you the person who had the answer. Here’s why it’s worth it.

10 questions

Why partnering with an MSSP is worth it

What exactly is an MSSP — and how is it different from IT support?
An MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) is a specialist in protecting organisations, not just keeping them running. Where IT support fixes and maintains, an MSSP monitors for threats 24/7, detects and responds to attacks, hardens systems and proves compliance. For your clients, that’s the difference between “our computers work” and “our data, people and reputation are genuinely protected.”
Why does partnering with an MSSP protect our clients’ data?
Data is protected by layers — encryption, access control, multi-factor authentication, patching, backups and monitoring — all working together and kept up to date. An MSSP owns that whole stack and watches it around the clock, so a gap doesn’t quietly open up between annual reviews. Your clients’ data stays protected every day, not just on audit day.
How does an MSSP protect people, not just systems?
Most breaches start with a person — a convincing email, a reused password, a moment of pressure. We protect people with phishing defences, security awareness training, and tools that stop a mistake becoming a disaster. And when something does go wrong, we take the panic out of it: people are supported, not blamed, and the incident is handled calmly and professionally.
We’re an insurance broker — why should we partner with an MSSP?
Cyber insurers increasingly require MFA, endpoint protection and Cyber Essentials before they’ll offer cover — and they price on risk. Clients we protect are easier to insure, cheaper to cover and far less likely to claim. Partnering means you can refer clients to get “insurable,” add real value beyond the policy, and reduce the losses that push premiums up for everyone.
We’re a standards auditor — how does an MSSP complement what we do?
You assess; we implement and maintain. For ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, the NHS DSPT or DfE standards, we put the technical controls in place and keep them in place, so clients arrive at their audit ready rather than scrambling. You get clients who pass cleanly; they get a partner who keeps them compliant all year — and nobody’s marking their own homework.
We’re a DPO — why work with an MSSP?
UK GDPR requires “appropriate technical and organisational measures.” An MSSP is how the technical half of that actually happens — and how you evidence it. We provide the security controls, the monitoring, the breach detection and the documentation that back up your data-protection programme, and we’re there at 2am if a breach needs reporting inside 72 hours.
We’re a physical security company — isn’t cyber a separate world?
Not any more. Access control, CCTV, door entry and building sensors are all networked devices — and every one is a potential way in. Clients increasingly want one answer to “is my building, and the data in it, secure?” Together we give them that: physical and cyber protection that actually joins up, instead of two suppliers pointing at each other.
How does a partnership actually work — referrals, revenue, joint delivery?
However suits you. Some partners simply refer and earn; others co-deliver or white-label our security under their own brand; others build a joint proposition for a shared sector. We agree it clearly up front — who does what, who owns the relationship, how value is shared — so it’s straightforward and fair from day one.
Will you protect our relationship with our client?
Always. We complement, we don’t compete — we stay in our lane (security) while you keep the relationship and the trust you’ve built. We don’t poach, we don’t go around you, and we make you look good to your client. A good partnership should strengthen your relationship, never threaten it.
What’s the risk of not having a security partner to recommend?
When a client is breached, “why didn’t you tell me?” is a hard question to answer. A single incident can mean fines, downtime, lost clients and lasting reputational damage — for them, and by association for you. Being able to point to a trusted MSSP protects your clients, protects your professional reputation, and turns a risk into a reason they value you more.
