Moving to Foresight is designed to be painless. We start by getting to know your setup (using the form on this page), collect your logins securely (never by email), write down everything you have, then take over your support — usually with no downtime. We never ask you to email passwords. Over your first few months we get you safe and steady, then make your IT work better, finishing with a simple plan for the future.

How it works

A handover with no drama

You don’t need to manage the awkward conversation with your current provider on your own, and you certainly don’t need to be technical. Our job is to make leaving your old MSP as smooth as arriving with us.

🔒 How we collect passwords, admin logins & MFA — securely

Please do not enter any passwords, PINs, MFA codes or recovery keys into this form, or send them by email. It isn’t safe, and we’ll never ask you to. Once we start your onboarding, we’ll send you a secure, encrypted vault and one-time secret links so you can share credentials safely, and we take over admin access the right way — resetting logins securely and setting up your extra login security (MFA) again.

FAQs

Common questions about switching

Will there be downtime when we switch?
Almost never. We plan the move around your business, keep the old and new running side by side where needed, and switch over at a quiet time. Most clients notice better support, not disruption.
How do you handle our passwords and MFA securely?
We never ask you to email passwords or type them into a web form. We collect your logins through a secure, encrypted tool, then take over the admin access properly and set up your extra login security (MFA) again where needed.
What if we’re still in contract with our current provider?
That’s fine — tell us your end date or notice period on the form and we’ll plan around it. We can do the groundwork now and take over cleanly when you’re free to move.
Do we have to speak to our old MSP ourselves?
Only to give notice, which we’ll help you word. We handle the technical handover and chase what we need, so you’re not stuck in the middle.
What do you do in the first few weeks?
We make you secure and steady first — monitoring, updates, extra login security (MFA) and backups — then tidy things up and plan ahead. See the first-100-days section above.
