Moya Cole Hospice provides specialist palliative care across 2 sites with 15+ servers and over 400 devices. As a 24/7 care provider, any system outage or security incident has direct implications for patient safety and care quality.

With no dedicated security monitoring capability, the hospice had no visibility of threats targeting their environment. The combination of NHS data obligations, sensitive patient records and an ageing infrastructure made them a potentially high-value target for ransomware and data theft.

Foresight implemented a 24/7 Security Operations Centre solution — integrating SIEM log collection across all servers, network devices and endpoints, with automated alerting, threat correlation and a response playbook tailored to the hospice's operational context.
