Datto RMM Deployment
As part of Foresight's co-managed IT support engagement with Moya Cole Hospice, Datto RMM was required to give both Foresight's team and the hospice's internal IT staff complete visibility and control over the full device estate.
With 400+ devices and 15+ servers across 2 sites, managing the estate reactively was inefficient and left potential issues undetected until they became outages. The hospice's internal team needed tools to work effectively alongside Foresight.
Foresight deployed Datto RMM across the full estate, giving both teams a shared management console for monitoring, alerting, remote access and automated patch deployment. Custom alert thresholds were configured for clinical-critical systems.
The RMM platform has transformed our IT management. We have complete visibility for the first time and the co-managed approach with Foresight works perfectly.
