Axis LLP is a Manchester-based architectural practice. As their project portfolio grew to include public sector and NHS-adjacent clients, Cyber Essentials certification became a prerequisite for contract bids. The practice engaged Foresight to guide them through the certification process.
Like many professional practices, Axis LLP had never formally documented their security controls or assessed their IT posture against a recognised framework. The self-assessment questionnaire exposed gaps in patch management, user access control and firewall configuration.
Foresight conducted a pre-assessment, produced a gap report, carried out remediation work on configurations and policies, and guided the application through to successful certification.
