Mills Hill Primary School

In September 2010 we took out a contract with Foresight UK to provide technical support for our ICT equipment at Mills Hill Community Primary School. The decision was taken following dissatisfaction with the unreliable service by our previous provider.

From the outset, Foresight have given an excellent service. They spent considerable time solving network issues which had been un-identified by previous technical support and set up a new server so that staff now have reliable access to the internet and school network. Through the ‘helpme’ email system which is used to log problems, staff can quickly request help and foresight respond to these within 24 hours. They continue to address the problem until the issue is resolved. In addition, as co-ordinator of ICT, I receive updates of the pending and completed jobs.

The team are highly professional, moving around school unobtrusively. They have also built up good relationships with the whole staff and so are very approachable, so staff can informally quiz them about ICT issues.

I have been very pleased with the level of service that Foresight UK have provided and would not hesitate in recommending them to other schools.
