In 2010, due to the issues that the School was experiencing with its current suppliers for IT support Holy Trinity sought a solution to a resolve this. As part of the process the Headteacher and Governors considered a number or companies to deliver a system that would ensure that the school IT ran as smoothly as it could and problems dealt with swiftly.
Having considered many options the school decided to forge a partnership with Foresight. It was felt that this company could offer the support and flexibility that the school needed.
The school has now worked with Foresight for the past year and the systems that they have put in place have ensured that IT runs more smoothly and is now not a constant pressure on the management of the school.
We are particularly impressed by the response times and the level of knowledge and expertise by the company and the school has been able develop a more strategic overview of IT and begin to develop its systems using the expertise of foresight to guide them.
Overall we are very pleased with the company and we will be continuing to use them in the foreseeable future. Foresight offers a tailored package for each situation ensuring that the schools needs are met on an individual basis. At Holy Trinity we have found that having the flexibility of a Technician either on site or working remotely when we need it and not, as it was previously, at a set time of the week, invaluable. Often problems are picked up and resolved before we even realise there is a problem! The partnership with Foresight has also allowed my staff to take more responsibility for their own computers with each person contacting foresight directly if there is an issue. The ticketing system has worked very well within the school allowing my IT coordinator to concentrate on developing the curriculum instead of fire fighting problems.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company to any school who wishes to seek the same solutions to their IT issues that Holy Trinity has and I would be happy to talk directly to anyone who would like to discuss this further.
